Stuck on Malta 2007.

Refugees living in a Maltese Open Center, all of them black African men (some woman take a vist by husband). These pictures are from a normal week at the center, showing their daily routines and telling the story through the life of many refugees.

The Marsa Open Center in Malta is, a refugee camp where boat refugees live after getting out of the closed detention centers. In the Marsa Open Center there`s about 800 single men living togehter; rooms with 30-40 bunk beds host them all in a single story building. I`ts free to stay but hard to leave.
